Extensive Damage To Bungalow After Fire In Lindsay On Tuesday

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Fire and Rescue crews were quick to contain a blaze on Columbus Street in Lindsay on Tuesday afternoon.

The call came in just before 5pm. Deputy Chief Cameron Smith told Kawartha 411 News damage was extensive although he hasn’t completed the dollar estimate as of yet. Smoke could be seen for miles.

The homeowners had just left the premises and no one was injured according to Smith. The cause is still under investigation.
