KAWARTHA LAKES-An 82-year-old man has been charged with uttering threats against his neighbour in Lindsay.
Kawartha Lakes Police say on Friday October 15, 2021 at 4:11pm, officers responded to a neighbour dispute on Lindway Place in Lindsay. During the investigation police learned that one of the involved parties had allegedly threatened the other, resulting in his arrest.
82-year-old Anthony Lefebvre of Lindsay is charged with uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm and failure to comply with undertaking.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West on November 25, 2021.Â
