Police Looking For Suspects After Theft At Coby Car Wash

KAWARTHA LAKES-Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a mischief and theft that occurred at the Coby Car Wash earlier this summer.

Police say sometime overnight from the evening of July 10 – 11, 2021, two suspects entered attended the Coby Car Wash, in Coboconk and removed the industrial-sized vacuum cleaner.

Video surveillance footage was obtained and the OPP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying what appears to be two male suspects.

Anyone having information about this crime is encouraged to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcrimestoppers.com and submitting an anonymous tip online.
