Third Suspect Arrested In Home Invasion In Lindsay On June First

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha lakes Police Service says a third suspect has been arrested in connection to a home invasion in Lindsay on June 1.  

On June 15, 2021, members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service, Criminal Investigation Branch located and arrested a third suspect in relation to a home invasion which occurred June 1, 2021 on Wellington Street.

At the time of the arrest, the accused was found to be in possession of drugs according to police. The 27-year-old male of Lindsay is charged with break and enter with intent, robbery with firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a weapon, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, careless use of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition, knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of a schedule I substance and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.  No name was released. 

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on July 22, 2021.
