KAWARTHA LAKES-On Wednesday April 14, 2021 at 5:15pm City of Kawartha Lakes Police were called to a William Street North address in Lindsay for a reported collision.
Police say a vehicle was observed pulling into a parking lot at this location, striking a parked vehicle. While conducting an investigation, the officer spoke to the driver, noticing obvious signs of impairment the driver was placed under arrest according to police.
31-year-old Jonathan Hutchinson of Lindsay has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on May 27, 2021.
