KAWARTHA LAKES-A 30-year-old Lindsay man is facing charges after a stairwell was damaged.
Police say on March 8th the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service received a report of property damage to a building on Lindsay Street North in Lindsay. Video surveillance on the property revealed the male suspect in a stairwell as he kicked a wall several times breaking a hole through the drywall causing damage.
As a result of an investigation, 30-year-old Stephen Jackson of Lindsay was arrested on March 10, 2021 for mischief and failure to comply with release order. The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on May 6, 2021.
