KAWARTHA LAKES-Mariposa Elementary School on Eldon Road has been closed effective Monday, March 8th after one positive case of Coronavirus.
In a message to families, the Trillium Lakelands District School Board says all students will move to remote learning until further notice.
It’s unclear if the case is a student or a staff member, however one parent told Kawartha 411 News they think it is a teacher as their child’s teacher has been off since Wednesday. On the school board website it says the case is “not identified”
