KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police Service is looking for a suspect after a Lindsay business was robbed on Monday.
Police say at 6:28am officers esponded to a William Street North business reporting a robbery. A lone suspect entered the store at 6:23am, approached the counter and passed the note to the employee demanding money according to police. The suspect proceeded behind the counter and removed a quantity of cash before leaving the store.
A forensic identification officer attended to collect physical evidence from the scene. Video surveillance on the property revealed the white male suspect described as tall, thin build, 25-30 years, wearing a dark grey hooded jacket, black scarf face covering, black pants and black and white striped shoes.
