KAWARTHA LAKES-Two Lindsay residents and a man from Havelock are facing charges after a home in Lindsay was broken into three separate times.
Police say on May 22, 2020 the Kawartha Lakes Police Service received the report that multiple thefts had occurred from a residence on St. Paul Street in Lindsay. The Kawartha Lakes Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch initiated an investigation and determined that on May 12, 2020, three people had entered the home separately, and each stole property according to police.The three suspects were identified by the investigating officer and have been arrested.
Charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and failing to comply with the conditions of her undertaking is 29-year-old Cherry Lynn Leclaire of Lindsay. Charged with break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 is 35-year-old Tina Marie Howe of Lindsay. Charged with break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 is 25-year-old Aren Aaltonen of Havelock.
The three accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on August 6, 2020.
