Substantial amount of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine seized in drug investigation in Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-Three men are facing charges and a “substantial” amount of heroin, fentanyl and cocaine seized during a drug investigation in Lindsay.

Police say officers with the Drug Enforcement Unit investigated a report received from the public about controlled substances being trafficked from a residence in Lindsay on February 13th. An investigation commenced and charges were laid. Investigators also seized 49 grams of cocaine
 24 grams of heroin / fentanyl
 and $3800.00 in cash.

18-year-old Demouy Blair of Oshawa has been charged with two counts of possession of the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.

23-year-old Francesco Fedeli of Toronto has been charged with obstructing a peace officer, two counts of possession of the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.

27-year-old Levan Hamilton of Toronto has been charged with two counts of possession of the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.

All three will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on March 19, 2020.
