Woodville Medical Clinic taking new patients

KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes Family Health Team is taking new patients at it’s Woodville clinic.

Patients will see a Nurse Practitioner for most health concerns, medications and referrals but will also be registered with a family doctor in Lindsay.

In addition, professional mental health counselling, blood work, foot care, pharmaceutical, care and diabetes education will be offered for patients onsite.

Following the departure of Dr. Muhammed Khan from his practice at the Woodville Medical Centre at the end of October 2018, the Family Health Team and Community Care stepped up to meet the health care needs of Woodville residents through an interim arrangement and they are now expanding services.

To register, contact Health Care Connect 1-800-263-3877 or Dana: 705.439.2411 or Danielle: 705.328.9853 Ext. 243.
