Multiple vehicles entered overnight in the Bobcaygeon area

KAWARTHA LAKES-Police are reminding residents to “lock it or lose it” after multiple reports of vehicles being entered overnight in the Bobcaygeon area.

Police say unlocked vehicles parked in driveways on Front Street and Prince Street were entered and had items such as loose change, lottery tickets and wallets stolen.

The OPP would like to remind the public to lock their vehicles whenever they are unattended and to keep valuables out of sight when the vehicle is unoccupied.

Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.kh.crimestoppersweb.com and submitting an anonymous tip.
