OPP respond to break and enter in progress on Pigeon Lake Road

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 35 year old man is facing charges after the OPP responded to a break and enter in progress on Wednesday.

Police say upon arrival at the residence, located on Pigeon Lake Road, the suspect was no longer present. Officers were able to locate the suspect a short time later and as a result of the investigation Kenneth Felker, 35 years of age, was arrested and charged with break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit an indicatable offencs and two counts of fail to comply with probation order.

The accused was held for a bail hearing and appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on October 16, 2019.
