TORONTO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his Long Term Supervision Order.
Richard PATTERSON is described as a 51 year old male, medium complexion, 5’5″ (165cm), 130lbs (58kg) with brown Hair, and brown Eyes.
He is currently bound by a Long Term Supervision Order resulting from a 6 month sentence for Access Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography.
According to police the offender is known to frequent the Cities of Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo and Hamilton.
