Two Fenelon Falls men charged after police respond to break and enter in progress

KAWARTHA LAKES-Two Fenelon Falls men are facing charges after Kawartha Lakes OPPĀ received a call regarding a break and enter in progress.

The officers were called to a residence on Sugar bush Trail where two males were located inside the residence, which was unoccupied at the time.

Michael Walker, 53 years of age, of Fenelon Falls, was arrested and charged with the Criminal Code offences of Break, enter dwelling house and Mischief, under $5 000.

Stephen Whiteway, 43 years of age, of Fenelon Falls, was arrested and charged with the Criminal Code offences of Break, enter dwelling house and two counts of Mischief, under $5 000.

The accused males are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on September 19, 2019.
