Lindsay craft brewery holds “official” opening

KAWARTHA LAKES-While they’ve been serving up beer and bites for months now, the Pie Eyed Monk Brewery on Cambridge Street in Lindsay held an official opening on Tuesday. Memebers of council and the Mayor were on hand for the celebration. The Monk currently employs 30 people are are now hiring for summer. Congrats to all involved.
