Crews called to fire in Thurstonia

KAWARTHA LAKES-Crews from Bobcaygeon and Dunsford were called to a fire on Mclernon St. in Thurstonia tonight.

Deputy Chief Ron Rayer told Kawartha 411 it was a shed fire that crews quickly got under control. Raymer says the fire did not spread to the home but with the windy conditions things could have been worse.

No one was injured. There’s no word on the cause or a dollar value of the blaze.
