DURHAM-Durham Regional Police were called to a shooting on Hillside Crescent in Cannington this morning.
Police say one male was found deceased and one party was taken into custody. The victim has been identified as 38 year old Brian Shane WINDSOR of Hillside crescent in Cannington. He was pronounced at the scene. This is Durham Region’s sixth homicide victim of 2018. This is an isolated incident and there are no outstanding suspects according to police.
A section of Hillside Crescent remains closed while police investigate.
