Sutton man facing numerous charges after being pulled over north of Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP say they responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 35 north of Lindsay on Saturday.

The vehicle was stopped and an investigation started. As a result of the investigation the driver, 38 year old Murray Taylor of Sutton West is charged with the following offences:

Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)
Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Resin contrary to section 4(1) CDSA
Possession of Unmarked Cigarettes contrary to section 29(2) of the Tobacco Tax Act
