UPDATE: FOUND! Police looking for man missing from Ontario Shores, deemed dangerous

UPDATE OCTOBER 4TH: HEINEKAMP HAS BEEN FOUND.

DURHAM-Police are trying to locate a man who is missing from Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health and Sciences and deemed dangerous.

46 year old Anthony Heinekamp failed to return to the Whitby facility on the evening of Monday, October 2, 2017.

Heinekamp is described as male, white, 5’4 tall and 179 lbs. with a shaved head. He was last seen wearing a black and green coat, blue jeans, black plaid shirt and black running shoes.

Police say he could be a danger to others especially if using substances. He is known to frequent bars and could possibly be in the Oshawa area.

If you see Heinekamp, don’t approach him. Please call your local police service. In Durham Region, please call 1-888-579-1520.
