9 people charged after Emergency Response Team raids Peterborough home

PETERBOROUGH-Cocaine, oxycodone and cash was seized and nine people charged after police raided a home in Peterborough.

On September 6, 2017 members of the Peterborough Police ICAD (Intelligence, Crime Analysis, Asset Forfeiture and Drug Unit) with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA) search warrant at a Park Street North residence in the City of Peterborough.

 Police say when they entered the home officers saw bags of cocaine being thrown out the window of the residence. During the investigation  73 grams of cocaine was seized from the front lawn and roof area.

 As a result of the investigation the follow parties were arrested and charged with the following offences:

 Justin Ronald Boyer, 27, of Peterborough:

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Oxycodone

·         Possession of a controlled substance – Marijuana

·         Proceeds of crime over $5,000

·         Breach of probation X2

 Jonathan Nathaniel Greaves, 25, of Ajax:

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana

 Cory John Bulger, 38, of Park Street North, Peterborough:

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession of a controlled substance – Marijuana

·         Proceeds of crime under $5,000

 Jessica Lynn Needham, 30, of Rubidge Street, Peterborough

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana

 Adam Felix Henry, 22 of Ajax:

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession of a controlled substance – Marijuana

·         Proceeds of crime under $5,000

·         Breach of recognizance X2

 Robert William Hall, 27, of Mount Pleasant:

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana

·         Breach of Probation X2

 Alannah Louise Ardila, 27, of King Street, Peterborough:

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

·         Possession of a controlled substance – Marijuana

 Adam LaVallee, 31, of Park Street North, Peterborough

 ·         Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine

 

A 17-year-old Peterborough male was also arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of marijuana. Under the Youth Criminal Justice Ac the name of a young person cannot be released.

The following items were seized during the investigation:

 ·         151 grams of cocaine (5.3 oz)

·         43 grams of marijuana

·         61 Oxycodone tablets/pills

·         More than $10,000 Canadian Currency
