Three Norwood residents charged after Emergency Response Team raids house

PETERBOROUGH-The Peterborough County OPP and the Central Ontario Emergency Response Team raided a home in Norwood Wednesday allegedly seizing drugs and a gun.

Police were executing a search warrant shortly after 4:00pm in the Village of Norwood. Officers enter the home with a warrant granted under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

3 men are facing charges.

51 year old Perry Jay Fawm of Norwood is charged with Unauthorized possession of a firearm, Possession of a firearm while prohibited, Possession of a schedule I controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (Hydromorphcontin),Production of a Schedule II controlled substance (Cannabis Resin),Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (Marihuana over 30g),Breach condition of probation order (not to possess illegal drugs or substances)

73 year old Anthony Motuzas of Norwood, Ontario is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm,

33 year old Timothy Motuzas of Norwood has been charged with,Unauthorized possession of a firearm,Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (Cannabis Resin),Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (Marihuana under 30g)
