Gooderham man facing charges In Peterborough

PETERBOROUGH-A Gooderham man is facing charges including impaired driving following a late June traffic stop in the City.

An officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop in the area of Reid and McDonnel Streets after observing a vehicle with no lights travelling at a high rate of speed on June 21st at 10 am.  

A subsequent breath test allegedly revealed the driver had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.

25 year old Cody Donaldson of County Road #503 Gooderham Ontario, was arrested and charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with more than 80mg blood alcohol content.
