KAWARTHA LAKES-The Canadian Mental Health Association, Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge (CMHA HKPR) is celebrating Mental Health Week by announcing the launch of a new clothing collection that brings together mental health advocacy, community connection, and local creativity.

Building on the success of its original clothing line celebrating CMHA HKPR band the Reachers, the organization has commissioned three local artists to create original designs inspired by mental health and wellness. The new collection features meaningful messages rooted in knowledge, hope, and belonging, reflecting CMHA HKPR’s ongoing commitment to mental health for all.
“Working with these artists has been incredibly inspiring. Their talent really shines through in every piece, and they’ve created designs that are not only meaningful, but genuinely stylish,” said Jack Veitch, Manager of Community Engagement and Education with CMHA HKPR. “This collection proves that you can support an important cause, start conversations about mental health, and feel proud of what you’re wearing at the same time.”
Partial proceeds from every purchase will directly support CMHA HKPR programs and services across Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge, helping to ensure individuals and families can access the mental health supports they need.
The clothing collection is produced in partnership with Ricarts Apparel, whose expertise and commitment to quality have helped bring the artists’ work to life. Those looking to purchase clothing of their own can visit www.cmhahkpr.ca and select “Shop”.
