UPDATE-Apprehended in Cobourg
ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male offender wanted for the following offences:
- Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of age
- Sexual Interference
- Sexual Exploitation
- Voyeurism
- Possession of child pornography
- Makes, Prints, Publishes or Possess for the Purpose of Publication any Child Pornography
- Imports, Distributes, Sells or Possess for the Purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography
- Fail to Attend Court.
Guy Fowler is described as a Caucasian male, 63 years old, 6’2″ (192cm), 280 lbs ( 127kg) with a tattoo of a Wolf on his left shoulder.
The offender is known to frequent the areas of Windsor-Essex County, Cobourg, Northumberland County, Ontario area.
