Rain, heavy at times continues today.
The ground, already near saturation, has little ability to absorb further rainfall with an Additional rainfall amounts of 5 to 10 mm. Total rainfall amounts of 25 to 50 mm continuing into this afternoon.
After a break in the precipitation later today, another round of heavy rain may affect the region beginning Tuesday morning.
