PETERBOROUGH-A 30-year-old Peterborough man is facing a charge of uttering threats after a neighbour dispute.
At approximately 5:00pm on March 22, 2026, officers were made aware of a text message threatening harm to a neighbour from the suspect. Police say through investigation it was further learned that the man was also wanted on warrants for theft under, disobeying a court order, fail to attend court and fraud under $5000. The neighbour was not injured.
As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old Peterborough man was arrested on the strength of the warrants and further charged with:
- Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, March 23, 2026.
