KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Fire Services responded to the Fenelon Falls Library Branch at approximately 9:30pm last night after reports of smoke. Officials say the incident resulted in minor damage to the branch with no injuries.
Building and Property staff are completing cleanup, and limited public access is in place today. Patrons may use computers and pick up holds, while staff can retrieve books as needed. Programs scheduled for today, including the knitting group, will proceed in the front area of the branch.
Normal access will resume once cleanup is complete.
