Bobcaygeon Resident Facing Impaired Driving Charges

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Bobcaygeon resident is facing impaired driving charges after the OPP received two traffic complaints regarding a vehicle stopped in the middle of a live lane.

On Tuesday October 07, 2025 at approximately 00:42 am, officers were notified of a traffic complainant for a vehicle stopped in a live lane of traffic on County Road 36 at Kennedy Bay Road. Officers located the motor vehicle and the driver was charged with 6 charges including Criminal Code of Canada offences.

Logan Row, 23-year-old of Bobcaygeon, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
  • Novice Driver BAC above Zero
  • Driving Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available
  • Drive Vehicle or Boat with Cannabis Readily Available
  • Driver Fail to Surrender Licence

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date. The drivers licence was suspended for 90 days and the motor vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
