ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Andrew Smith is described as a Caucasian male, 30 years old, 5’10 (178cms), 130lbs (59 kgs), with brown hair, brown eyes. SMITH has the following Tattoos;
- Â Right Forearm ‘RECOVERY’
- Left Hand ’95’
- Right Hand ‘Toronto Maple Leafs’
- Right Hand ‘LAST’
He is serving a 2-year, 5 month and 16-day sentence for;
- Break and Enter with Intent
- Break and Enter with Intent- Not a Dwelling House
- Assault-Intentional use of Force
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
