ONTARIO=The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Long-Term Supervision Order.
Jeffery Bluecloud is described as a Indigenous male, 40 years old, 5’8″ (175cm), 176 lbs. (80kgs), with black hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos;
- on his neck- “HONOR”
- on his right arm a ‘dragon’, ‘buddha’, ‘coy fish’, ‘demon with sword’ and Asian lettering.
Bluecloud is serving a 1-year and 3-month sentence for
- Robbery x2
- Disguise with Intent
The offender is known to frequent the Toronto, Calgary and Saskatoon areas.
