ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Stephen Whitter is described as a Caucasian male, 52 years of age, 5’7″ (171 cm), 165 lbs (75 kg) with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a Tattoo of an ‘Eagle’ on his Right Upper arm, and a ‘Cross’ on his Left Upper Arm.
Whitter is serving a 2-year sentence for Arson – Disregard for Human Life.
The offender is known to wear the clothing in the provided picture. The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
