KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender known to frequent Lindsay.
Police say Justin Smith is described as an Indigenous male, 26 years old, 6’0″ (182cm), 180lbs (82kgs). He has several Tattoo’s;
- Â Right Cheek -a Star
- Right side of neck- ‘Jenna’
- Left Cheek- Tear drop and a small cross
- Left Hand-‘Louis VUITTON’ and 5 dots
- Left Forearm-‘Trust” and praying hands
- Right Hand-‘K:P’
Smith is serving a 3-year, 1 day, sentence for;
- Robbery (Two Counts)
- Assault with a Weapon
- Assault Peace Officer
- Possession Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Fail To Attend Court
- Fail To Comply with Probation Order
- Fail To Comply with Order-At Large
The offender is known to frequent Peterborough, Lindsay, Durham Region and Toronto.
