Lindsay Man Charged After Break And Enter In Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police Service responded to a break and enter to a Durham St E residence on March 12, 2025 at approximately 3:13pm.

Officers arrived and learned that witnesses observed a male entering into the back door of the residence which was being scheduled for repairs by the landlord.  Police entered and located the accused inside placing him under arrest.

As a result of the investigation a 56-year-old Lindsay man was charged with Break and Enter and Unlawfully in a Dwelling House.

He was released with a future court date.
