Snow Squall Warning Continues For Fenelon Falls And Northern Kawartha Lakes

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Snow Squall Warning continues for Fenelon Falls and Northern Kawartha Lakes.

Lake effect snow squalls continue today with an additional local snowfall accumulations of 5 to 15 cm by this afternoon with poor visibility at times in heavy snow.

This system will be weakening or exiting the region by this afternoon.

Lake effect snow squalls off Georgian Bay will continue to affect the region through this morning creating areas of reduced visibility in heavy snow. Snow squalls will weaken or move out of the region by this afternoon. Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common.
