KLPS Partners With Kawartha Lakes Museum And Archives To Display Its History At The Police Station

KAWARTHA LAKES-A unique partnership between the Kawartha Lakes Police Service and Kawartha Lakes Museum and Archives is bringing the history of the 167 year old service to the walls of the police station in Lindsay. The project began about three years ago when Sgt Jeremy Rausch came across boxes of historical items during a renovation. Now the history is on display in the lobby for residents and visitors while other items adorn the walls in the back for officers to connect with the services past.
