Free Live Music Returns To Local Parks This Summer

KAWARTHA LAKES-The annual Concerts in the Park series returns to Victoria Park in Lindsay this summer. The Kawartha Lakes Parks and Recreation Division in partnership with the Lindsay and District Chamber of Commerce and #iPinkyswear.org invite you to join them for free live music Sunday afternoons 2pm to 4pm and on Wednesday evenings 6pm to 8pm during July and August at Victoria Park in downtown Lindsay.

The 2024 Series will welcome back many past performers as well as host an array of new musical talent. The series will welcome the return of Youth Open Mic afternoons and new for 2024, an All-Ages Open Mic evening show will also be included in the line up once per month. In addition to great music, the Youth Open Mic Afternoons will feature family fun and face painting courtesy of Face It by Christy.

Bobcaygeon

Concerts in the Park returns to the Locks in Bobcaygeon this summer. The free concerts run every Thursday night in July and August with a children’s concert at 5:30 and main performance at 6:30. Thursday July 11 will see Wonderphil perform for the kids at 5:30 with a high energy, uplifting magic show. Vintages will take to the stage at 6:30 to showcase influences from the 60’s to the 90’s. Montana Sky will play the mainstage on July 18th. The shows are put on by the Bobcaygeon Music Council. For a full listing go to bobcaygeonmusic.com.
