Celebrating Canada Day In Kawartha Lakes

KAWARTHA LAKES-Looking for some fun this Canada Day?  Here is a list of some of the celebrations taking place. Note: There may be others that we have not been notified of. 

Coboconk

Civitan Canada Day Celebration in Coboconk

June 30th 7pm at Civitan Club House

Corner of Hwy 35 and Rd 43 Coboconk 

Live music and free ice cream. Fireworks at dusk

Coboconk Legion Annual Beef and Pig Roast

June 29th

Live music, dinner at 5pm $15 p/p

 

Norland

Norland Summer Festival

July 12-14

Ward Park

Cornhole, horseshoe and baseball tournaments

Horse Pull July 13 

Roast Beef Dinner

Kids Activities and more!

Bobcaygeon

Canada Day In Bobcaygeon

Tommy Anderson Park

94 Dunn Street Bobcaygeon

10am to 10pm

Live music  kids activities, birthday cake with ice cream at 12:30

Parade at 2:30 starting at Market Square

Fireworks at 10pm at Beach Park

 

Omemee

Fireworks at dusk at Omemee Beach Park

Visit Beach Park (14 George Street South) in Omemee for family activities, vendor displays, giveaways, Ducktona 2024, live music and fireworks. Activities will start early in the day at 11am

 

Fenelon Falls

Canada Day In Fenelon Falls

10am to 10pm Garnet Graham Park and Maryboro Lodge

Family Fun Zone, bouncy castle, pony rides and more

Live music in the park at 10am and at the legion at 2pm

Bbq on Colborne Street

Fireworks at 10:15pm

Kinmount

The Kinmount Fairgrounds (County Road 503 and Reid Street) will have a barbecue, cake, live music, wagon rides, games, a 50/50 draw and fireworks!

The event begins at 5:30pm. There will be a RCL Colour Party Parade at 7pm and the fireworks show will start at dusk (around 10pm).

Lindsay

Canada Day in Lindsay is happening at Wilson Fields (235 Colborne Street West). There will be free and fun activities for people of all ages, including family games and activities, bouncy castles, cake, balloon animals, face painting, food, live music and fireworks!

Family and kids activities start at 4pm and the fireworks show will start at dusk (around 10pm).
