KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP entered into an impaired driving investigation on May 10, 2024.
Police say at approximately 8:57 pm, officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Pigeon Lake Road in Emily Township. An impaired driving investigation commenced.
Zachery Rhodes 25 years old of Lindsay was charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 plus
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
The accused are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date. The motor vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
