KAWARTHA LAKES-Crews responded to a fire at the Knights Inn on Highway 35 in Lindsay overnight. A number of firehalls responded to the call which came in around 11 pm Sunday. The building houses several residents who have been unable to find permanent housing. It is unclear what caused the fire or the extent of damages at this time. We are waiting for more information from the fire department and will update once we receive it.
