Dunsford Man Killed In Crash On County Road 36 Monday Night

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 32-year-old Dunsford man was killed in a crash on County Road 36 last night.

The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP were called at approximately 10:23 p.m. to County Road 36 just north of Settlers Road near Dunsford.

Police along with fire and EMS were dispatched to a single-vehicle collision. The driver of the motor vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.

County Road 36 was closed for several hours while members trained in collision reconstruction measured and documented the scene. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.

Anyone who may have witnessed or has video/dash camera footage of the collision and has not spoken with police is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
