Sunday Drive With Laurie Dillon-Schalk

KAWARTHA LAKES-Laurie Dillon-Schalk left the bright lights of the big city of Toronto for a quiet life in Kawartha Lakes operating a maple farm. She went from being a partner in a big ad agency in Toronto to operating The Hungry Bear. They tap 173 trees on average every year.  Find out why she made the move, what goes into producing maple syrup and more on this edition of The Sunday Drive.
