PETERBOROUGH-Members of the Peterborough Police Service Criminal Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at a Peterborough residence where various electronics were located and seized on February 15.
As a result of the investigation, a 70-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography.
The accused is being held in custody and will appear in court today, February 16, 2024.
The Peterborough Police Service is a member of the Provincial Strategy to protect children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation on the Internet.
