DURHAM REGION-Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a mother and her three children.
In December 2023 investigators from East Division began a complex investigation regarding the whereabouts of three children and their mother. Police say there have been no safety concerns for the children and numerous processes have taken place between the courts and the Children’s Aid Society. Investigators have been in contact with the mother, however, they have been unable to locate her or the children and police say she is no longer cooperating with them.
If anyone knows the location of Leon (11), Christopher (10), Thomas (9) or their mother please call your local police department.
On Wednesday, January 24, 2024 a warrant was issued for the arrest of Astrid Schiller.
Astrid SCHILLER, age 54 of Clarington is wanted for Abduction by Parent x3 and Disobey Court Order.
