KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP is seeking assistance in locating a 57-year-old man.
Michael is described as 6’3″, 325 lbs., with a heavy build, brown hair & blue eyes with a scar on his right cheek. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie and track pants. Police say he was last seen in the Norland/Minden area around 12:00 a.m. on Nov 6, 2023.
