City Looking For Volunteers For Various Boards And Committees

KAWARTHA LAKES-The municipality is looking for volunteers to fill various positions on its boards and committees. These are unique opportunities for residents of Kawartha Lakes to actively participate in local governance and contribute to our community’s future.

Positions Available

We are currently seeking applications for the following committees, all to serve for the remainder of the Term of Council (until November 14, 2026):

  1. Committee of Adjustment: One position available
  2. Environmental Advisory Committee: One position available
  3. Fenelon Landfill Public Review Committee: Three positions available
  4. Lindsay Ops Landfill Public Review Committee: Three positions available

Application Process and Eligibility

Complete a Citizen Appointment Application Form before January 8, 2024.
