KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP investigated mischief and trespass at night.
Officers responded, to a report of two people damaging a farms crop on October 09, 2023 at approximately 10:43 pm. OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Canine Unit attended and two individuals were arrested and charged.
51-year-old Paul Snelgrove of Whitby was charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Uttering Threats
- Trespassing at Night
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
33-year-old Brittany Rogers of Whitby was charged with Mischief Under $5,000 and Trespassing at Night.
The accused are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date.
