ROPE Squad Looking For Repeat Offender Wanted On Canada-Wide Warrant

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.

40-year-old Joseph Camus is described as a Caucasian male, 5’9′, 215 lbs (98 kgs) with salt and pepper hair and hazel eyes. Known to grow scruffy goatees. Police say Camus has numerous tattoos that include the name of “Ann Marie” on the back of his neck, a cross on his left forearm, a flaming skull on his left hand and a spider on his right hand.

He is currently serving a two-year, and one-month sentence for Break, Enter and Commit X2, Mischief in Relation to Other Property, Theft Under $5000 and Obstruct Peace Officer.

The offender is known to frequent St. Catharines and Niagara Falls, Ontario.
