KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police Service is investigating two recent thefts.
On Monday, September 25, 2023, officers were made aware of the theft of a cargo trailer. It is reported that the trailer was taken from the Colborne Street West business, sometime between 4:00pm on Saturday, September 23, 2023 and 7:00am on Monday, September 25, 2023. The trailer is described as being a grey, enclosed, 14’ X 7’, 2022, Formula cargo trailer, with Ontario license plate “X1898L.”
Police are also investigating after a snowmobile was stolen from a Monarch Road residence.
On Tuesday, September 26, 2023, officers were made aware of the snowmobile theft. It is reported that the snowmobile was taken from the Monarch Road residence, sometime between Saturday, September 23, 2023 and Tuesday, September 26, 2023. The snowmobile is described as being a 2018, Ski-Doo, Renegade with Ontario license plate “5AM183.”
