Heavily Armed Police Raid Home In Lindsay, Five People Facing Multiple Drug Charges

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Kawartha Lakes Police Service Street Crime Unit, Drug Unit and Criminal Investigation Branch with the assistance of Peterborough Police Service Emergency Response Team and Emergency Medical Services executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Kirkconnell Road residence after conducting a drug-related investigation. 

As a result of this search warrant multiple individuals were arrested and charged. 

Adam Hall, 45 years of Lindsay,

  • Traffick a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine X2
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition 
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose 
  • Breach Firearms Regulation – Store Firearm or restricted weapon 

Brandon Finlay, 28 years of Lindsay,

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition 
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose 
  • Breach Firearms Regulation – Store Firearm or restricted weapon 

Cyril Hall, 75 years of Lindsay,

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition 
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose 
  • Breach Firearms Regulation – Store Firearm or restricted weapon 

Shirley Hall, 73 years of Lindsay,

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition 
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose 
  • Breach Firearms Regulation – Store Firearm or restricted weapon 

Aleshia Nelson, 30 years of Lindsay,

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
  • Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition 
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose 
  • Breach Firearms Regulation – Store Firearm or restricted weapon 

Police say a search of the residence revealed that these individuals were in possession of a quantity of cocaine, fentanyl, a loaded firearm and a quantity of Canadian Currency. 

The accused individuals will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay.
